With a history of working with the Leicester City Football Club & being surrounded by elite athletes day to day I am of the belief that everyone should be training in some shape or form. Whether it's to improve sports performance, mindset or general health & fitness.


The fitness industry is a broad and vast market, with lots of different philosophies and varied information floating around. It can often get confusing and mis-interpreted.


My approach is to make fitness simpler but enjoyable, creating a healthy free moving, strong body, as well as looking and feeling good.
