WHAT -a conditioning class like no other.
HOW - a series of high energy, timed sets. Using a variety of kit, you will work through a series of timed rounds with maximum effort & minimal rest.
WHY - a test of both physical & mental endurance, built to make you sweat.

Engine
WHAT -an endurance based class, built to improve your aerobic capacity.
HOW - using conditioning kit alongside bodyweight.
WHY - to fire up your heart & lungs building your engine.

Platoon
WHAT -a conditioning class with a competitive twist
HOW - in teams of 3-4 you battle. The aim is to score as many points as possible whilst competing with the other teams.
WHY - to bring out the best of you & your Jim team.

Metcon
WHAT - it's you against the clock working through several time capped rounds.
HOW - keeping your heart rate high, whilst pushing your own mindset.
WHY - to dig deep & bring out the best in you, seeing how far you can go.

Friday Throwdown
WHAT -the most advanced of our Jim Club classes, this is a real endurance test.
HOW - building strength & power through barbell movements, testing your muscular endurance.
WHY - to push your body & mind to its limits.
